Tagesschule Navida is an innovative school designed for curious and independent thinkers. With a unique and personalized approach, it fosters a love of learning by allowing children to develop at their own pace. Instead of traditional grade levels, students receive individualized learning plans and coaching in small groups.The school emphasizes self-reflection through portfolios, has a no-homework policy.

At Tagesschule Navida respectful communication, empathy and collaboration are practiced every day. With around thirty students from primary to secondary level, the schools forms a small yet vibrant community where close relationships and personal guidance create the foundation for meaningful learning.
Each child is supported by an individual coach who helps them recognize their strengths, set personal goals, and find their own path to achieve them. Through personal projects, our students bring their ideas to life. They take responsibility, show initiative, and express their creativity in purposeful ways. While students enjoy freedom and autonomy in their projects, clear routines provide structure, safety and orientation.
Every two weeks, the school welcomes a guest speaker who shares experiences by talking about their profession, hobby, or personal journey. These visits are not only a great opportunity to practice asking thoughtful questions, but also to expand our horizons. By exploring diverse perspectives, students learn to discuss, reflect, and deepen their understanding of the world around them. These encounters are a truly valuable part of school life.
