We are a small private school with heart. The well-being of everyone is important to us. We believe in dialogue and consensus. We know that social interaction and personal development are important in order to achieve the best professionally.
At Lernwält, we learn with and from each other about life and the world. Learning aspires for co-creativity. This means that students connect their wishes and learning goals to those of the learning group, the educators, the parents, and society. That is a lively negotiation and being in relationship with one another.
In doing so, we ask three questions:
We work on learning projects that we plan and carry out together. Everyone is supported in their self-, social-, and subject-specific skills through individualized development plans—even the educators. Our learning and skills are documented in portfolios.
