VIA Schule promotes a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to trust in themselves, their abilities, and the world around them. At VIA, children are divided in three cycles. The focus is on fostering each child’s unique learning journey as an expression of their individuality. Through mindful practices, VIA guides students in building relationships with themselves, others, and nature.

Respect, acceptance, and equality are fundamental values, forming the core of the school community. Through personalized, project-based learning, VIA encourages students to track and celebrate their progress in portfolios.

VIA’s approach integrates community life with home-based learning (Lernen zu Hause). Students attend school three days a week, where they engage in collaborative learning, and are learn at home two days a week.
